Robert Parker (93-94/100): "First tasted in Mar-05. A wonderful, fragrant nose: minerals and a touch of wild strawberry. A very smooth, harmonious palate with slightly less acidity than I anticipated. Very fruit-driven - it reminds me of the 1993. Understated, reserved finish. It has the balance to last a number of years. Excellent. Tasted again in Jan-06. The nose is more minerally this time, with that fruit aroma replaced by a more steely one and green apples. Very harmonious and reserved on the palate with apples, citrus fruits and a lovely creamy texture. This is only just beginning to open up. Excellent. "
