Robert Parker (96+/100): "The 2019 Schlehdorn Riesling trocken Unikat is still a bit reductive on the stony nose and needs a longer while to open up and shine but does so after 10 minutes in the glass. The nose is concentrated, deep and flinty, very elegant and coolish, showing discreet tropical fruit aromas but also some chalky notes. Full-bodied, complex and round on the palate, this is a great, pure, firm, saline and finely tannic Riesling that is still too young but indicates enormous potential. This wine needs a lot of time but is already long and enormously salty. This is another rather classic vintage for Kühn. There are lots of lemon notes on the finish. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in April 2022."
