Omschrijving
Vinificatie: Schilinweking gedurende 15-20 dagen. Alcoholische fermentatie in roestvrijstalen vaten onder gecontroleerde temperaturen. De wijn rust nog 36 maanden in vaten van Slavonisch eiken van 25 hl, waarna de wijn nog 1 jaar op fles rijpt.
Notitie: In de neus zwarte kersen, tabak en balsamico. Een mooi geconcentreerde en complexe wijn met soepele tannines en goede zuren.
Wijn Spijs Combinatie: Deze Brunello past goed bij rood vlees en wild, gerijpte kazen.
Expositie: De wijngaarden bevinden zich op een hoogte van 283 tot 290 meter boven het zeeniveau.
Druiven: 100% Sangiovese.
Oogst: De oogst geschiedt volledig manueel.
